About Denim Is Good

Denim Is Good — a new destination for music, stories and the culture that surrounds them.

We’re here for Country, Americana, Folk, Blues, Roots, Rock and everything that sits somewhere between the lines. From established artists and emerging voices to the records, gigs, festivals and stories worth discovering, Ochre Roads is about following the music wherever it leads.

And there’s more to the journey than music. We’ll explore fashion, food, places and travel, along with the people, ideas and experiences that give these musical worlds their character.

Denim Is Good is a collaboration between Howard Duggan, who has worked in independent music media in Australia for more than 30 years, and Geoff Trio, an Australian promoter and marketer with extensive experience in live music and entertainment.
